	Creation of new process line

Valeo, an IPC regulated manufacturer of car components, wished to expand their process. The process required an environmental assessment of the proposed emissions from the facility. Plume dispersion modelling was undertaken using ADMS3 to determine the impact of emissions.

We were subsequently retained to project manage and supervise the installation of a new process line within the factory. The process line included a six stage furnace and all associated infrastructure. We seconded a member of staff to the facility for six months.

Valeo then wished to undertake an assessment of the ventilation system at the facility in order to prevent cross contamination of processes. We were retained to undertake a comprehensive survey of the system, to analyse the flow patterns within the structure and to design and specify modifications to enhance the system.
